1. Boulders. Due to some miscommunication between us and AndyMark, the boulder set that we were supposed to be receiving will not be arriving in time for the competition. We are asking all teams to bring as many boulders as possible to the event. So far we have 10 boulders. We would like at least thirty. Please help us out by bringing boulders!
2. Payment. We still have 5 teams with outstanding payment. Please make sure to bring your payment with you to the event during check-in. Please make the check out to Yonkers Middle High School for the full amount owed and add the Robotics Club to the check's memo or bring your check during check-in.
3. Logistics. We still only have two teams that have completed our drop-off logistics form. Please complete this form ASAP as it will help us plan when we have to arrive to facilitate drop-off.
The form is located here: http://goo.gl/forms/dWNiAjuPbqpukDCy2
4. Parking. There will be two parking lots at the event on Sunday, one for spectators and visitors and one for teams and their equipment and buses. You will be directed to the second parking lot after unloading. Please refer to this street map for more information about traffic flow during the event.

5. How to get to us. Well that depends on where you are coming from. For you 21st century folk, just enter our address: 127 North Broadway Yonkers, NY 10701 into Google Maps.
6. Team Check-in. You will be asked to check in when you arrive. All students will receive a sticker identifying them as a competitor. Please ensure that all students receive this sticker.
7. What to bring. We are repeating this one 'cause its super important: We highly suggest that all teams bring a power strip or some form of outlet expansion as each team will ONLY RECEIVE a single outlet for their pit. We will have some extras, but it would be best if you were to bring your own. Also please make sure to bring at least a banner for your team's pit for identification. We will have no other signage identifying your team.
8. Please help us by bringing... Our kind hosts, the Yonkers PAL, is a nonprofit organization who gives free services to underprivileged children in the Yonkers community. They have asked us to ask teams in attendance to please bring any of the following material for their own "STEM drive" that they are currently running to benefit their fledgling STEM programs. If you have any extras of the following items, they will be very grateful:
